On March 31st 2025, Japan implemented stricter security measures to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. This has unfortunately caused issues with the 3DS security flow of my automated booking system. If you happen to receive a “500 ERROR” during the payment process, please e-mail me directly at andy@digtokyotours.com or via the link below with the following information: - NAME - DESIRED TOUR
- DESIRED DATE AND TIME
- NUMBER OF GUESTS ATTENDING
- MIXED GROUP OR PRIVATE RIDE Please note that both the Classic Road Bike Tour and Walking & Street Food Tour have both been pushed to the side at the moment due to a demanding schedule with the Tokyo West-Side Cycling & Food Tour.
