With unrestricted international tourism firing up in Japan, I had a brilliant day out on the Tokyo West-Side Cycling & Food Tour with Isabel, owner of Pension Poschmühle in Traunreut, Germany.
We couldn't have asked for a nicer autumn day together as we cycled the backstreets of West Tokyo and learnt a bit about life here in the local neighbourhoods.
Not only does Isabel host guests at her beautiful family owned property but she also provides biking services for recreational cyclists and professional training camps for those looking to push themselves to the limit.
